A Chicago-area asset management company has signed a long-term office lease to relocate its suburban headquarters to a larger space.
Amplify ETFs moved to a 5,300-square-foot office at the Central Park of Lisle, located at 4225 Naperville Road in Lisle. The company left a 3,000-square-foot office in Wheaton.
Rawly Lantz of Cawley Chicago represented Amplify along with colleague Justin Harris.
Brett Ratay of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord in this transaction.
Amplify ETFs wanted a more efficient layout and more building amenities for its 20 employees, Lantz said.
“After considering several building options in the I-88 corridor, it was great to find their new location at the Central Park of Lisle,” said Lantz.
The building is 82% leased and has a fitness center, conference rooms, and underground parking.
“We continue to see positive leasing momentum in the Class A upper-end market and the lower-priced buildings as well,” Lantz said. “The leasing struggles are coming from buildings in the middle of the market — be it price point or lack of building updates relative to the competition.”
