LISLE, IL — Crews have begun work to install storm sewers throughout parts of Lisle. The project is part of a greater initiative to help residents with stormwater drainage.

The construction will take place between on Division Street from Main Street to Columbia Avenue.

A news release from the village of Lisle said, "This project serves as an investment in Lisle’s critical infrastructure, strategically positioning the village for the future."

The storm sewer construction is funded in part by funds from a $500,000 grant via the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which was awarded to DuPage County during the earlier part of the pandemic.
